We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we are here to assist you with our return policy.   1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • We accept returns within 24 hours of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
    • Certain products may be excluded from our return policy due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to personal care products, and intimate apparel. Please check with our customer service representatives for more information on specific product categories.
    • Products purchased through our online store or physical retail locations are eligible for returns as per our policy.
  1. Return Policy:
  • Returns Policy: Once an outfit is purchased, we do not accept returns if the item is not good condition. If you ordered a smaller or bigger size and would like to exchange, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Please note these exchange is only acceptable within 48 hours of order delivery and only outfits not worn and still in good packaging will be exchanged upon review, you will bear the delivery expenses during the exchange.
    Also note, we are ready to wear brand, and we do not do amendments
  • Faulty Items: Before we ship out any outfit, our quality assurance team ensures top quality and good conditions, however, If you think the outfit you received is faulty, please contact customer service immediately and return the item to us as instructed and showing detailed proof. Once we access the complaint and verify the outfit is faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the package to ensure proper processing.
    • When returning the item, please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase. This will help us identify your transaction and expedite the return process.
    • Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
    • For in-store purchases, returns can be made directly at our customer service desk. Online purchases may require a different process, which will be communicated to you by our customer service team.
  2. Exchange Policy:
    • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same return process mentioned above. Indicate your preference for an exchange and provide the necessary details.
    • Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund or offer an alternative solution, depending on your preference.
  3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
    • In the case of defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
